      2. I know and I never took it lightly. have felt suicidal twice already. have helped to suicidal kids and losing a relative to suicide.. I know how serious it is.
        thank you so much. I was hauling it already I stayed confined in a safe area of my home.

      1. I am so sorry that you went through this experience today. I don’t know what your situation is but please remember that with tremendous pain in life we are also given tremendous happiness. You may not see it now or close by but until that happens, use your blog as a means to express your feelings and remember that all our comments are not simply empty words but that we do care for you and support and enjoy your blog.   1. Hello Stoner, I’m glad you are feeling a little better. In Australia, we have an organisation called Lifeline that people can ring if they need support. I don’t know what the equivalent is in your country, but now that you have re-grouped slightly, please get the number of the equivalent organisation and keep it with you always. And ring it. Please.
