That’s what you mean to me..

My lids drop
And I feel
Your breath on my neck
And hear the sound
Of your lips
Against my skin
And I feel your hair
Between my fingers
Soft and damp
And I swear
I hear your heart beat

Then you say something
And laugh
And my world lights up
I hold you closer
And graze my teeth
On your shoulder
Just to hear that laugh again
I swear it brightens my day

And then you stop
And my world drops dead
In a splits second
Everything gets sucked
Into a dark silent void
Where I can’t find you
Or myself

I swear..
