I got a brilliant idea.
Next time someone stomps on your nerve, act calm. Tough, I know!!
Bear with me.
So
Just stay cool and listen, folding arms is compulsory.
And then abruptly, without warning, but with a calm tone tell them,
“You know what? There is a jail I really like”
Add random details like it offers free yummy food especially juice boxes, art supplies, paper and you could play games there.. (some of it is actually true for a celebrity jail my friend told me about, we have actually shortlisted it)
And then narrow your eyes, lower your voice and dramatically whisper,
“All I am looking for is a crime..”
Close the act with an evil smile.
You’re welcome!!
Okay. Enough of drama!
Thanks everyone who shared links for May reblogs.
Kinda busy these days so I’m not able to reply promptly but I am keeping track of everything.
Thank you so much for helping me with this.
And my regular blog friends thanks for being patient with me. Sometimes I’m a confused mess, and I don’t make sense to my own self. Thanks for understanding me everytime 🙂

“There goes more of the same” I said to myself. “Soliciting criminal activity on the interweb again. SMH.” Lol. Of course, though, you were right at the beginning, as our first instincts are usually more informed than we imagine: keep your cool. Be mindful of your feelings, keep an eye on that internal emotional barometer. As a bipolar sufferer for a decade(this is my tenth year, actually! WOO HOO!), I’ve learned that when able, I must assess my own mood. And it is necessary to do that over and over again, too, because with bipolar the winds can change pretty fast, like for me I can go through the entire process twice a month, from up to down to normal and rinse and repeat, and all that jazz. But remember this: take heed, because you don’t have to actually commit a crime. You can take the rap for someone else, stand falsely-accused and complicit in letting the ruse go on, in other words, stand trial and not put up a competent defense for yourself. Take the fall, as they say, take the rap for another. Then you can lie down at night on your prison cot with a clean conscience, because you, and maybe no one else, will know the real truth. 🙂 Have a great weekend, Buddy.

A decade!! You are a warrior.
I learned about emotional barometer late and after losing a lot in life. Wish I knew it earlier.
I told my dad once nobody can tell what’s happening with you l. Only you can do that. Self awareness is the best part of treatment and it’s only in your hand.
Honestly I didn’t underatand this part. How can you take rap for someone else??
Have a great day 🙂
