Could be I don’t read legalize but that meant absolutely nothing to me except, ‘whatever you think we did wrong we were within our rights to do’.

Write back and ask when you will be reimbursed for any sales and that you require the same payments as amazon would have sent you. If they have bought the books from Amazon then you need to pursue Amazon for any sales they have made?

if they are purchasing from amazon, it will be treated same as when an individual buys my book. i get the royalty after their share and tax.
As long as they are buying every unit and not try to produce it, i’m ok with it.
self-publishing feels like a constant fight at times
