Artist’s Itch – charcoal sketch

Had that weird itching in hands that doesn’t go until you sketch/draw/paint something.

There’s no other cure.

So, I took a piece of craft paper, a charcoal willow, my charcoal pencil (black, white and green) that I secure with tape, and kneaded eraser.

And this happened.

Initially I tried to follow a reference image but that looked like something I would draw with my left foot, so I sketched until it looked less demented.

Spent barely 15 to 20 minutes on it. I could see tons of mistakes but I just signed it and turned it. Today wasn’t that day.

Hands feel better and that’s all I wanted for now.
