  2. THank you for fixing. I found a website 750words.com a free private online journaling. You can join the contest to write 750 words everyday or just write. Fir two months I did this every single day. Then I started spending time working to get the votes out. And lost my momentum. This will help me back and look more to feelings. Thank you.

  3. I have filled so mamy notebooks throughout these last 6 years. Its tough and I find myself restarting every so often. But its cool to look back and see how much you have grown from whatever you were going through and proof that certain things are only temporary. Journaling really helps me put things into perspective and my anxiety and depression will subside because I am focused on writing. LOVE this!

      i treat my blog as my journal and it always helps to have your situations and feelings registered somewhere.
      Writing down is theraputic. one of the things that get me through really fuckedup times.
