So, I ran out of melatonin 4 days back..I counted!
Turns out yours truly has been addicted to melatonin which she started to “fix” her sleep cycle.
That brand is not available here, and with that started my inevitable metamorphosis to a zombie.
I don’t know what sleeping when it’s dark outside feels like anymore because I’m sleeping after 6 am these days.
I also have forgotten what it felt like to sleep without blinds on your eyes faking night part of the whole thing.
Lavender oil has stopped working and now I’m thinking what am I going to do with these 2 whole bottles.
Crushing lavender flowers and sniffing them only makes you look like a psychopath and sniffing too close can trigger a sneeze storm. Lessons learnt!
I tried excessively working out too (my excessively being 15 minutes warm ups). Next day not only I felt like a zombie, but I felt like a zombie hit by a truck!
I cannot explain the pain because I myself couldn’t figure which part is hurting with what intensity. It was a very confusing post-accident situation.
And oh remember that relaxing tea? that failed me too.
So I’m back to my vampire routine.
Today, I went and extra mile and tried to intensionally exhaust the last drop of my physical energy and now laying in bed I’m thinking what if I wakeup without legs tomorrow?? What if my legs are there but I cant walk?
Backup plan is always calling a crane… oh I meant an ambulance.
Life is such a sad mess of disasters I dont even know what to say anymore.
Have to start looking for proper job again once I can feel and look a human
My merchandise designing plans are taking too much research but it will be worth it. I have to make sure the quality and price both are the best I can find.
Made a few changes in my blog, added a search bar, archives (which must have been there since I have been blogging since 2016!, I get lost in my own blog), added languages and my book trailer (another desperate attempt to sell my book lol).

So, doing whatever I can.
Oh I have been keeping my washing machine busy. Everything that can fit in the machine is getting washed.

Have you tried regular breathing? We do it in yoga.

There are some but now I can’t remember which one… I do yoga breathing, breathe in for four, hold for two, breathe out for four hold for two. You can go up to six and three. Stop if it makes you dizzy. Concentrate on counting and it takes your mind off things.
